Each dashboard is unique and provides a simple method to instantly peruse, upload, update and print all aspects of your individual requirements in a few clicks. Complete with web forms and information sheets, the dashboards are available on any platform, anywhere. No more need to carry large or bulky folders, no need to print sheets of papers or spend hours filing. The dashboards will also complement either thePAS 7 fire risk management or HSG65/OHSAS 18001 health and safety management systems. They can be used as a central part of the `Plan, Do Check, Act` continuous improvement of such processes.

Quality assurance is provided by Prism who will periodically review each dashboard and provide you with reports on your status and any remedial actions. A system is in place to report any defects you find and have them addressed using a very simple direct email alert system within the dashboard. A record of all defects is logged to show any trends arising, allowing analysis and action as appropriate. Regular face to face `relationship` meetings allow the opportunity to discuss the management systems.
