At the helm of Prism is Tony Bolder. With over 25 year’s Fire and Rescue Service experience, a Graduate of the Institution of Fire Engineers (IFE) and Technical Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH), he is currently undertaking a BSc in Safety and Environmental Management at Hull University and is an IOSH trainer in working and managing safely. He previously attended Leeds University where he studied Fire Dynamics to post graduate diploma level. As well as his vast operational experience at all types of emergency incidents and situations, he has been responsible for the training and development of fire-fighters and has extensive experience in both community and technical fire safety.
As a lead officer for hazardous materials, Tony sat as a Fire Service national examination assessor. Tony is ideally positioned to understand the frustrations and minefield of requirements businesses often feel when dealing with fire and workplace safety.
